SHIPPING METHODS
Giocolandia.de carries out shipments throughout the Italian and international territory using the Express Courier MBE, to guarantee the best service in terms of time, delivery guarantee and customer service.
All purchases are delivered within 96 / 144h working times. Working days are meant from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery times can be extended during holidays and for places such as Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands. We do not ship to post office boxes or with fixed collection.
All orders, whose purchase procedure will be completed by 12:30 pm, will be shipped the same day (except on holidays). Otherwise, they will leave on the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
It is important, at the time of ordering, to correctly write the email address, the complete shipping address, the house number and a telephone number, so as not to create delays and / or inconveniences at the time of delivery. It is advisable to insert notes with as much useful information as possible (eg "Leave the package at the reception"; "Deliver in the afternoon"), in order to facilitate delivery to the courier.
It will not be possible to change the address and other information once the shipment has been made.
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled; in this case GIOCOLANDIA.DE will refund the amount received as payment, net of the costs for the attempted and unsuccessful shipment.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
For orders placed with payment via PayPal, delivery times will be indicated in the email containing the order confirmation.
We remind you that, in case of payment by bank transfer, the products are shipped only when we receive the communication of "payment" from the bank.
Since in this case the shipping times of the products may be longer, to speed up the times we advise you to send us a photocopy of the receipt of payment or the receipt of the bank transfer order via email.
The delivery times communicated from time to time indicate the period of time that is normally necessary for the preparation and shipment of the products ordered. TOYLANDIA SCARL. can never be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays occurring during transport.
